From the North:

1. From 101 South, exit on Cotati/116 West.
2. Turn Left (toward Cotati).
3. When you reach Old Redwood Hwy, turn right.
4. Just south of Walgreen's, turn left into Cotati-Rohnert Park Physical Therapy Inc. parking lot.

From the South:

1. From 101 North take the West Sierra exit.
2. Turn Right onto West Sierra.
3. Turn left on Old Redwood Hwy and pass through downtown Cotati.
4. Proceed about 1/4 of a mile.
5. Turn right at Cotati-Rohnert Park Physical Therapy Inc just pass Zone music and a bicycle shop.
